Turnaround Times

Although most of our products are made-to-order and custom, we do have a few items in our store that are READY-TO-SHIP.  We attempt to ship all READY-TO-SHIP items within 2-3 business day after purchase (not including USPS holidays).  On occasion, during busy times, we may have to switch to an every-other-day post office drop-off, but we do our best to stick to our shipping policy.  

Mailing Time

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery after shipping of GROUND ADVANTAGE Mail and 3-5 days for PRIORITY MAIL.  Unfortunately, we have no control over mailing time and this schedule can differ vastly during the holiday season, bad weather, or any other condition that may affect the US Postal Service.  Our current pandemic is negatively affecting shipping times across the United States.

Cost of Service

All of our items are mailed via the US Postal Service either by Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and is based upon current postage rates and weights of our packages.  

Custom Order Turnaround

We define a custom order (or made-to-order) as any item that we create AFTER it is purchased.  Custom orders will require a 3-4 week production time, depending on if the fabric and materials to create it are in-stock.  If any materials need to be purchased or ordered, turnaround could be longer.  The approximate turnaround will be communicated prior to purchase during customer conversations.
