What is your return policy?

At the bottom of each page, you will find links to all of our policies. If this information does not cover what you are looking for, please feel free to email us: help@tikikids.com

Can I exchange an item?

You cannot exchange a made-to-order item as it was created from measurements you gave to us when ordering from our size chart. You may exchange a ready-to-ship item if we still have your needed size in stock. Please contact us for further instructions. Since we are a small business and only a few items in our store are ready-to-ship, they sell out very quickly. We do NOT have a warehouse full of sizes that we can use for exchanges. If an exchange is approved, the items must be returned in resaleable condition before any exchange is authorized.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@tikikids.com. After 24 hours, item processing begins and it may not be possible to cancel.

How long will it take to receive my order?
